maybe I should stop checking my social media often. sometimes social media not "health" for you. more you know something,more you will get hurt. too much ppl spread negative though through social media. and it is not good for you. so,maybe, I will stop for a while to open my social media. or maybe I shouldn't turn on my phone?hahaha
